Why the Submission Form?

Why do we use a submission form instead of just having you e-mail? Well, the main reason is that the form contains reminders about specific things we need to know when you submit information. For example, it asks whether you intended that we print your information on our website. We want to know what you prefer, because we don't want to print something if that is not what you had in mind. And, the other reason is that it is a little "cooler" to fill out a form than to just send an e-mail.

However, we realize that submission forms can be somewhat intimidating for some folks, because there is this tendency that we have as humans to wonder where the information is going. We all use e-mail daily, but somehow forms have an air of secrecy. Please be assured that the only thing this form does is compile all your information into an e-mail that you will then send to us when it pops up on your screen asking you to do so. It doesn't send the information anywhere else. In fact, it is our policy not to share personally identifiable information about anyone with any third party.

This form may work a little differently than many that you see. When you hit "Send", your e-mail client will pop up with a copy of everything you have written. You can then add any attachments, such as photos or gallery submissions. Then, hit "Send" again on your e-mail to forward it to us. We won't get it if you don't send it from your e-mail because the "Send" button below only sends it to you.
