The Diversity of Electives

Homeschool elective curriculums are available from many sources. If parents are using a particular curriculum for their children, they can opt to use electives from that same curriculum publisher, or they can add electives from other sources.

Some soures for electives include:

  • Book pack and DVD curriculums - are available through homeschool publishers or distributors like Christian Book Distributors.
  • College Classes - check with Garrett College for classes available as dual enrollment for high school students. Also, check with other online colleges and universities as well. For electives, classes could be taken either for credit, or as an audit class that does not award college credits.
